Terms of use

Using the service

Quizzard Flashcards is a free learning service. We provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the content you add.

Free account limits

Each free account can create up to 15 sets, with up to 30 cards in each set. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service and its users.

Your content and published community sets

You keep responsibility for the flashcard content you create. Sets you create or copy are private to your account and are not publicly shareable. Quizzard may select and publish community sets for everyone to browse and practise; only material we are allowed to share will be published. Public sets must not be unlawful, infringe another person’s rights, or contain abusive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate material. Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

You give us permission to host and display your content as needed to provide the service. When you copy a Quizzard-published set, your copy remains private to your account.

Reports and moderation

People may report public sets. We may review, hide, or remove content that we believe violates these terms, infringes rights, or harms the service or its users. We may suspend or limit access when necessary to protect the service.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact admin@goodsoil.cc.
